Select the signature by hovering your cursor over it while clicking, like you are selecting text. Then copy by pressing ctrl/cmd+c and paste it in your mail client signature using ctrl/cmd+v. You can edit the text if needed in your mail. If you want to add someone to this list or your information is missing, you can add that in the employee CMS, or ask for help if you don't know how!
